Nanaimo Harbour
Our terminal is situated at Pioneer Waterfront Plaza in the heart of Nanaimo Harbour. The waterfront terminal sits directly across from the Lighthouse Bistro and beside stores, cafes and Harbour Air’s own The Hangar Boutique featuring unique aviation-themed gifts, clothing and collectables! Nanaimo, also known as the “Harbour City” is home to one of the longest shorelines in Canada. Jutting out into the Strait of Georgia, this classic West Coast community offers spectacular ocean views and a forested mountain backdrop just outside downtown.

Harbour Air passenger parking is available at Pioneer Waterfront Parkade:
Limited reserved parking is available for Harbour Air passengers at the Pioneer Waterfront Parkade at a discounted rate.
Eight parking spaces are available along the harbour-side of the upper level of the parkade (shown below in green). Passengers parking for 48 hours or less may utilize the spaces for $5.00 (+tax) per 24 hours. Please park in an open Harbour Air-signed space and pay for a parking pass at the time of check-in. Vehicles not displaying a valid parking pass may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.
General public parking rates at Pioneer Waterfront Parkade (all non-reserved spaces):
Pay parking is available in the lot adjacent to our terminal and is operated by Robbins Parking. The machine accepts coins and credit cards, or drivers may use the Honk Mobile app (lot #416) to pay for parking for added convenience.
$1.00 per hour
$11.00 each 24-hour period
