With more than 30,000 flights each year across 11 scheduled destinations, you can count on us to get your parcel where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. 

1) Will it fit to fly?

Ship documents, boxes, pets and more – our Parcel Express service can be used to ship parcels in lots of shapes and sizes! To ensure secure handling of your freight shipments and to maintain the safety of our crew, parcels must meet both weight and dimensional requirements. Click the headings below to learn more about acceptable parcel sizes.

Dimensions

Harbour Air’s routes are serviced by four different types of aircraft, each with their own unique dimensional restrictions. The dimensions of your parcel should not exceed those listed in the chart below. To determine which aircraft services the route you’re interested in, please get in touch by emailing parcelexpress@harbourair.com.

Please contact Parcel Express if you have items that surpass these dimensions. Based on flight load and volume of guaranteed luggage, larger items may possibly be accommodated.

Weight

Because of the uniqueness of our aircraft, there are limits to the maximum weight of individual objects we can accept for shipment. Single items weighing between 50 lbs and 125 lbs will only be accepted according to special handling requirements, please click here for more information.

Terminal-to-Terminal

Just need to get your parcel from one of our terminals to another? That’s easy! Choose your preferred Parcel Express product from the list above. 

Door-to-Door

Call us to arrange to have your parcel picked up and delivered by one of our courier partners. We’ll take care of everything so you don’t have to worry about the details. Door-to-Door order requests must be submitted by 1:00 pm for same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) in downtown Vancouver, Richmond (YVR South), Victoria and Nanaimo.

Terminal-to-Door

Drop your parcel off at our terminal and request our Terminal-to-Door option and we’ll arrange for one of our courier partners to deliver your parcel to its destination. Parcels must be received at the departure terminal by 1:00 pm for same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) in downtown Vancouver, Richmond (YVR South), Victoria and Nanaimo.

Door-to-Terminal

Call us to arrange to have your parcel picked up by one of our courier partners and delivered to our terminal to be shipped on a flight. Order requests must be received by 1:00 pm for same day delivery. Available Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) in downtown Vancouver, Richmond (YVR South), Victoria and Nanaimo.

Need help with pick-up or drop off? We’re proud to partner with trusted, eco-friendly, partners (including Eeko Couriers and Geazone Eco-courier) to travel from our terminal and beyond.

3) Estimate shipping costs

Enter the weight and dimensions of your parcel into our rate calculator to estimate the cost of your shipment. Parcel Express rates are based on the greater of actual or dimensional weights and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Are you part of our High Flyer Rewards program? You can redeem your points to pay for parcel shipments, simply ask the freight agent next time you ship a package.

5) Bring your parcel to us

Our Parcel Express service is available at our 11 scheduled flight destinations in BC. To find addresses and other information specific to our terminals, please visit the Locations section of our website.

When you arrive at our terminal to drop off your parcel, please approach the designated Freight Desk. Our Customer Service team will assist you with weighing and measuring your parcel and will ask for a few pieces of information including the name and contact information of the sender and receiver, the contents of the parcel and payment details.

6) How do you track your package?

Each shipment will be assigned an invoice number that can be used to track your shipment in our system. The receiver will need to quote the invoice tracking number to pick up the parcel at the destination. Parcels sent as “collect” shipments will need to be paid for by the receiver before being released.

To check the status or whereabouts of a shipment, please call 1.800.665.0212 and quote your invoice tracking number.
