Seasonal Change in Service for Vancouver/Comox Route

Seasonal Change in Service for Vancouver/Comox Route

Thank you for an incredible season! After a record-breaking summer, Harbour Air’s seasonal Comox flights will wrap-up on Sunday, October 29. Direct daily flights between Comox Marina and Vancouver’s Coal Harbour will resume on Tuesday, April 3, 2018.

“Our commitment is to make sure our passengers receive an exceptional experience, arriving to their destinations safely, conveniently and on time,” said Greg McDougall, Harbour Air CEO. “Unfortunately, the winter weather  in Comox frequently causes delayed or cancelled flights, impacting our ability to deliver this schedule to our standards of service.”

During the seasonal closure of our Comox service, we encourage our North Island and Comox Valley passengers to take advantage of our nearby Nanaimo Harbour location with up to 19 flights daily, including fast 20 minute flights between the Harbour City and downtown Vancouver, South Vancouver (YVR) and Sechelt.

“We remain committed to providing an efficient, safe and enjoyable air travel option for the Comox Valley, and in continuing to promote the area as a destination for business and leisure travellers,” said McDougall.

Thank you to all of our valued Comox passengers for choosing to fly with Harbour Air and we look forward to welcoming passengers aboard again in Spring 2018!
